Ana Boot Camp Day 2 today!

Weight lost this boot camp: 3.6 lbs.
Had a really good Ana day yesterday! Didn't really have any cravings or hunger even. I easily could have had a zero day, but I reminded myself that the point of this diet is to continue having calories, so your metabolism doesn't shut down. I compromised with myself and had a Nature Valley Granola Square (80 calories) before I went to bed. The bar was set at 500 calories yesterday, I had 80. That means 420 calories under the limit! :] Made me pretty happy.
I have to be careful that I don't do that too often though, or it will ruin the point of the program. It really does work wonders if you follow it, but there's no turning down a less-than-100 day when they come so easily!!
On another note, I got a job yesterday. I'll be working on a production line for 10 hours at a time, which means a lot of standing and moving. That will be very good for helping me meet my goals. The only thing I'm worried about is how tired I'm going to be. I am a full time college student (I take 18 credit hours each semester), so I have school during the day, and now I'm going to be working graveyards at night. I'll get between 6-10 hours of sleep depending on the day, but it will be broken up into a couple different snooze sessions, so i don't know how much good it will do. There's no denying the fact that Ana makes you tired. It only takes a few days of starting a new diet for me to feel like I could sleep all day every day. I know my body will adjust, I just hope the combination of stress (from school and work), poor diet (let's be honest, we all know it's not healthy for us), and lack of sleep won't make my disease flare up. That is the LAST thing I need at the moment!
Fingers crossed that it all works out! Stay empty everybody!
Thanks for reading :]
